Feelin the Music

Sometimes when you are feeling the music you just can't stop yourself. Well there is that and the fact that I like to ham it up for cameras sometimes. Well this is my friend Dave's explanation...
I think the real story is:
a.) Alicia running from the police for breaking the 35mph speed limit
b.) Alicia is about to get busted by the police special division UDM
(Unauthorized Dance Moves.)
